1. Definitions

"Platform" represents the TaxeriPath software interface, digital check structures, and supportive resources. "Client" or "User" represents anyone registering, viewing, or utilizing our workspace. "Deliverables" references compiled reports, structured document archives, and summaries organized within our tools.

2. Permitted Workspace Use

Our platform is intended for professional use by individuals, consultants, and businesses. Users must not feed malicious vectors, unauthorized access frameworks, or fraudulent documentations into the storage structures. We retain the authority to terminate accounts immediately in cases of abuse.

3. Services Overview

TaxeriPath offers a structured digital workspace to prepare and organize Canadian tax records. We are a software service provider and do not represent the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Using the platform does not replace independent professional consulting or legal counsel.

4. Registration & Account Setup

Entering fake user profiles, shared system accounts, or false credentials during sign-up is prohibited. Corporate teams must nominate an account owner. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials.

5. Pricing & Fees

Recurring billing rates correspond to details displayed on our Pricing tables. Plan charges are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at the beginning of each billing interval. Unchecked fees or pending tax charges are the responsibility of the account holder.

6. Cancellation Protocols

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time directly through your account dashboard. Following a cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds provided for partial months.

7. User Obligations

You agree to supply accurate, authentic, and complete information. You must verify that your submissions comply with local regulations and do not violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Our Intellectual Property

All core components of our service—including visual design assets, dashboard interfaces, source scripts, branding logos, and content text—remain the exclusive intellectual property of TaxeriPath. You may not copy, scrape, or repurpose these assets without our express prior consent.

9. Confined File Access

Uploaded records remain your property. We only process your files as necessary to provide our services and maintain database stability, adhering strictly to our Privacy Policy.

10. Platforms "As Is"

Our digital workspace and checklist resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access or the complete absence of subtle format errors.

11. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, TaxeriPath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaxeriPath and its officers from any legal claims, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

13. External Tools Neutrality

Our platform includes links to third-party services and external resources, such as maps and payment processors. We do not control or assume liability for the content, security, or practices of these external systems.

14. Agreement Lifetime

These terms remain in effect until your account is terminated. Any provisions which by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will remain in force.

15. Act of God / Force Majeure

Neither party will be held responsible for failures or delays in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or civil unrest.

16. Jurisdiction & Legal Forum

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes must be filed in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
